Each new customer is assigned a five to six person team with deep experience and personal commitment to treat your jobs as if they were their own, plus you have your sales person checking on your job periodically.

Three of these service people are company owners with up to 50 years experience in all facets of the business. These three follow every job from start to finish, checking your photos for the best color prior to sending your file for output, checking prior to plating, checking at the press prior to run, and during the run, again prior to binding. Your other three service people offer specialized training and many years service in our plant in the areas of file checking prior to proof output and plating, proofing at the press before pressrun, checking shipping instructions, and finally mailing expertise to assist you in achieving the most favorable mailing cost if your job mails instead of shipping.
