If you have lost the File Download Notification E-mail or you never got a Notification E-mail then follow these steps:

1. 1. Call: 1-800-880-8429 or email: prepress@craftsmanprinters.com
2. 2. If you call, ask for the Prepress Department
3. 3. Request your File Download Receipt Number
4. 4. You will be given a 14 character long number
5. 5. Enter the number below and click: "Download File"
